Pawan's pickles are more than just condiments; they're stories in a jar. Inspired by grandmother's treasured recipes, they hold the taste of my childhood, the aroma of home, and the love passed down through generations.

After marriage, the pickle magic only grew. My mother-in-law, much like my mum, is an incredible cook. Before I knew it, every meal came with a vibrant spread of pickles. It felt like a pickle buffet at home!

During Covid, when access to Indian food was scarce, I began recreating those familiar flavors, adjusting them gently for today's taste buds. What started as a personal comfort soon sparked a bigger idea to share this joy with others longing for that same connection to tradition.

That's how this journey began — reviving old flavors with a new soul.
